Awareness Meaning
Awareness is a state of mind where a person or other subject observes and is aware of his thoughts, feelings, emotions and sensations, without losing attention to what is happening at the moment with him and around him. During periods of awareness a person lives in the present moment. For truly enlightened people awareness becomes a permanent way of life.
There are many ways to reach awareness. The easiest way to do this is in silence and solitude. You don’t need to force yourself to think about something, you just need to relax and observe the thoughts that arise in your head and what feelings and emotions you are experiencing. Awareness happens when you are above your feelings and thoughts, observing yourself from the outside.
The goal of awareness is to get rid of unnecessary clutter in your head, to improve the quality of your thoughts, to control your thoughts, feelings, emotions and reactions. Awareness will make you kinder, wiser and happier. Free space from negative thoughts will be taken by peace and thoughts of a higher level. By going the path of a conscious life you will understand a lot for yourself, get to know yourself and others better, improve the quality of your life and get closer to the best realization of your potential.
Awareness (conscious observation of oneself and what is happening or not happening) is an enlightened way of life for a person whose goals are understanding and growth.
